A message from the co-founders of Culinarian:
We are proud to announce the third and final issue of Volume 1 of Culinarian! The Cosmopolitan Issue is in pursuit of classiness, exploring the urban foodie’s journey through New York. Our cover feature is a great guide to becoming a true oenophile, filled with tips from knowing what a dry wine is to the right glass to pair with dinner. We’ve also got great op-eds about food internships, a road trip upstate to the oldest whiskery distillery in the great state of New York, an interview with a Columbia graduate who’s worked in kitchens all over the world, and much more. Keep an eye out for our upcoming Kickstarter which will help us raise money to print full color copies of our magazine (plus get cool prizes like posters!).
This is also our last issue. It’s been a true joy to create this magazine, and we hope you enjoy reading it. We may be graduating, but we know we’ll always be fond of our friends and work at Culinarian. We’re happy to leave the magazine in the hands of our wonderful successors, Meena Lee and Jenny Xu. Besides, we’ll never stop being lovers of good food and drink–keep an eye out for us on the blogosphere and in the restaurants of this beautiful city.
